Job Excellence Training

If you are looking for a job, start with the W4AL foundational job readiness program at one of our centres. You will learn how to complete your CV, how to do interviews, what employers are looking for, how to be excellent at your job, and how to get promoted. After successful completion of the Job Readiness course, you’ll have access to our job center and other opportunities to learn more skills or further your education.

Business & Finance Courses

Facilitated courses and group-based mentoring, available at our centres or through online groups, covering everything from starting and growing a business (social media marketing, sales techniques, business plans, break-even point, paying yourself, record keeping, merchandising, and more) to managing personal finances like debt and investments, for anyone employed or in business who wants to build a strong financial future.

E-Café 

Upon completion of either the W4AL Job Excellence or WIRED 4 Business course, you can access one or more of the many skills courses available. Our skills programs include Cashier, Merchandising, Office Administration, Computer Skills, Barista Training and more, along with courses on how to start specific businesses of your own, like an Early Childhood Development (ECD) centre or a car wash. We've also added AI training that keeps you employable in a digital age and gives you a competitive advantage.

Teach a Class

Our Centres are run by local facilitators who are also entrepreneurs, people who understand their own community best. If you have a heart to teach and mentor others, there are three ways to get involved.

  1. Teach at an Existing Centre: Join a facilitator already running courses in your community.

  2. Start a New Centre: Bring the full WORK 4 A LIVING model to a community that doesn't have one yet, with training and mentoring from our team every step of the way.

  3. Run a Business or Finance Class: Bring just the WIRED 4 Business or Financial Masterclass course to your community, no full Centre required, just a group of people ready to learn.

Our STEP program trains and mentors your existing team through short video sessions spread across a year, improving productivity, without needing time off work.
